Hello my lovelies, as a surprise to my sister and I for Christmas we got the complete series of Gossip Girl and I was beyond excited for it. To those who don't know, I actually started watching Gossip Girl when it first came out on the CW and to be able to watch the first season after 7 years of not seeing it was definitely entertaining. By already watching the whole first season in a few days, I have been inspired by my number 1 girl Serena. Her whole look is very effortless and very easy going. It looks like she just threw on something and left. The look above is a very easy outfit to put together and it is also a great idea for New Years if you are not feeling like wearing a dress! The sequin blazer adds the perfect touch of pzazz and the shorts show off a little bit of skin. Pair it with black pumps or go out of your comfort zone and add a little color with a cobalt blue heel.
